Though the book is named 'King Kaiser Tsar', for me it felt more like a book based on the Kaiser, which is no bad thing, except that was not what i was expecting. For all this, the book is very informative, however i do not feel that is has clearly defined the parts played by the 3 sovereigns leading up to the war as i would have liked/5(53).
